Fall is in the air and it’s time to get out and enjoy the beauty that comes with the changing seasons! Norwalk CT and our surrounding areas have some great spots to see some of the best fall foliage the East Coast has to offer. The only question is how soon can you go?

Take a stroll, hike, bike or run and enjoy the dynamic beauty of Norwalk River Valley Trail. This unique trail project aims to build 30 miles of trail connecting Calf Pasture Beach to Rogers Park in Danbury CT, passing through Wilton, Ridgefield, and Redding along the way allowing you to see the changing leaves in various towns!

Check out Schenck’s Island – a hidden gem in Wilton, CT. Schenck’s Island is a rural retreat where you can get in touch with mother nature and all she has to offer this fall. Spot wildlife on the trails and enjoy various types of typography during your walk!

Veteran’s Memorial Park and Marina boasts 35 acres, where you can bask your eyes on the the gorgeous colors of the changing leaves. The park includes a playground, bicycle and jogging paths, various fields, and courts and also a walk esplanade overlooking beautiful Norwalk Harbor.

35 acres not enough? Cranbury Park’s 227 acres is a magical place to sit back, relax and find your fall bliss. Enjoy their park that includes a series of wooded trails and a dog friendly environment in the orchard plus a stunning great lawn.
