I had a wonderful experience working with Anna Diouf at The Beacon. She was extremely professional, patient, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire leasing and move-in process. Anna took the time to understand my preferences, helped me explore different apartment options, and patiently answered all my questions. She was always approachable, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to make the process as smooth as possible. What I appreciated most was her professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help. Even when there were changes or additional requests, she handled everything with patience and care. I truly appreciate all her assistance and would highly recommend Anna to anyone considering leasing an apartment at The Beacon. Thank you, Anna, for your excellent service and support!

This is what gets sold for luxury. Months and months or reaching out to improve conditions and nothing gets done.

Monthly garage parking fees increase every six months. Management has taken over nearly all the guest parking around the building, and now staff are occupying garage spaces to charge their personal cars using the outlets—while residents get reprimanded for using those same outlets. The double standard is hard to ignore. Residents deserve fair treatment, reasonable parking access, and management that holds itself to the standards it imposes on everyone else. For clarity, this review concerns the Beacon’s rental management office. The Rialto–Capital owner units operate separately and are not the subject of this review.

There are still people who do not live here that workout and use the amenities here as recently as 10/7 8:30p. I am not paying to share ameninites with people who do not pay to live here.

We had an outstanding experience working with Yantez at The Beacon! From our very first tour, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. We visited the property multiple times because we were looking for a very specific layout—a spacious one-bedroom with a patio—and she never rushed us or pressured us into making a decision. Instead, she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect apartment. She also gave us a thorough tour of the community, explaining all the amenities, the shuttle service, gym, parking options, and answered every question we had with great detail. Even after we decided on our apartment, she continued to be responsive and helped us secure a parking space in the garage, making the entire move-in process much smoother. Apartment hunting can be stressful, but Yantez made it a genuinely enjoyable experience. Her professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to helping residents stand out. If you’re considering The Beacon, I highly recommend asking for Yantez. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure you find the right home. Thank you again, Yantez, for all your help!

Latoya was absolutely amazing during our tour at The Beacon. She showed us multiple buildings and a wide variety of layouts, and was incredibly patient and thorough throughout the entire process. She was very warm and welcoming, and it truly felt like she enjoyed showing us the apartments and seeing us appreciate the property. You can tell she genuinely loves her job, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. She took the time to answer all of our questions, and we never felt rushed at any point. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm really stood out. Thanks to her, we had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed the tour.

Just went there for a tour, looking for a new apt, and Anaiyah made our experience great by showing all the complex perks and showing us nice apartments that match what I wanted. They even let us use the shuttle that takes ppl from the complex to the PATH stations to experience how commuting looks, and it was great.

Thanks everyone for the amazing opportunity to join this wonderful community at The Beacon! Special thanks to Rick, Mika, and Anaiyah from the leasing office, the receptionist who helped with our packages, and the resident services team — everyone has made us feel so welcome and included. I truly feel at home now and am so grateful for all your help! I absolutely love the community, the spacious apartment, the beautiful Art Deco building, and the incredible amenities — the gym, movie theater, lounges, coffee shop, and of course, the breathtaking views of NYC and the Statue of Liberty!
