We had an amazing experience living at One Glover for the past 4 years and truly can’t say enough good things about our time here!
A HUGE shoutout to Anthony Gjuraj, General Manager, who has always gone above and beyond for my husband and me. Anytime we needed anything, Anthony was responsive, helpful, and always made sure it was taken care of in a timely manner. He truly made our experience at One Glover that much better.
Even our move-out process was easy and seamless. After four wonderful years, the only reason we’re leaving is because we’re ready for more space than Glover could provide. We’re genuinely going to miss calling this place home!
Thank you, Anthony and the One Glover team, for four awesome years!

I’ve lived at 1 Glover / The Curb for the past four years, and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced a General Manager as responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful as Anthony Gjuraj. From the moment he stepped into the role, the difference has been night and day. He handles everything in a timely manner, follows through on what he says, and truly goes above and beyond for residents.
It’s rare to find someone who not only gets things done efficiently but also cares about the community and the people living in it. Anthony has raised the standard here, and it shows.
BLT is incredibly lucky to have him. He makes living here an even better experience, and it does not go unnoticed.

Lived here for about a year and a half and luckily had a positive experience. My maintenance requests were responded to timely, and was let within my apartment within 30 minutes after I locked myself out accidentally (happened twice). Staff was always very kind. Gabriela was helpful and kind in the move in and out process. I didn’t really have much of an issue with parking, but I worked nightshift which usually meant more parking was available to me than maybe some other tenants with traditional working hours. When I first moved in, I remember seeing bad reviews about ants. I did have ants the first winter in my apartment, but only in the bathroom and this was mitigated by using a natural ant repellent bought at Home Depot. I didn’t have ants the following year. I lived on a top floor, so perhaps I can’t speak to noise level of those on the lower level, but my apartment was very well insulated and I rarely ever heard my neighbors. Some of my neighbors a few doors down often had gatherings with music, but only able to be heard when in the hallway, and I never once was disturbed by noisy neighbors. On move out, I was discouraged that they tried to charge me for damaged blinds (it was $280 or $380) but luckily I took photos of the state of my apartment upon moving in with clear date and time stamps. Once I sent this, they refunded this to my deposit. I had an overall very positive experience living here.

While the building itself and the amenities are definitely luxury, the management and maintenance experience has not been. Repairs for major issues such as broken washing machines and HVAC systems can take weeks and in some cases more than a month to resolve, even when the actual repair is relatively simple.
If you're planning to live here long-term, that's something to consider. Appliances and building systems will eventually fail, and my experience has been that response and repair times are far slower than I would expect from a property marketed as luxury.

From my personal experience with sudden tap breakage this morning, the management was quite quick and helpful as I was unable to stop the water flow. Technician Mauricio Sanmartin helped out immediately through call and then he came by and fixed the tap as the knob was broken. It’s a very relieved experience as my tub was getting filled

Gabriela Venegas was absolutely outstanding as my leasing consultant. She is very professional, respectful, and an amazing multitasker. Her customer service skills are excellent. She guided me through the process and took the time to show me, making sure I understood everything. Gabriela made the entire process smooth, fast, and stress-free. I truly appreciate her dedication and support I highly recommend working with her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I absolutely love 1 Glover! I’ve been considering moving here, it truly stands out. The apartments are incredibly spacious and offer excellent value for the price. The location is unbeatable right off the highway and close to Metro North making commuting seamless and convenient.
The gym is another major highlight, it had plenty of equipment and space to get in a great workout. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable, especially for parking and amenities.
Overall, it’s a fantastic place to live, and the team has been nothing but helpful and welcoming throughout the entire process!

Lived at 1 Glover from 2021-2025. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. A year after moving out, received an email from management saying I owe them $94. Never received a single notice from them this past year but now all of a sudden I owe them $94. Any remaining charges were deducted from my security deposit on leaving, on top of the 2 months rent buyout I had to pay to break lease early. Now magically I owe them $94 dollars. Do NOT chose to live at One Glover or The Curb. Save your money and sanity.
