On the day that I moved in, my apartment smelled like mould and cigarettes. I opened the washer and the inside was caked with mold and reeked. There were dirty rags and dead bugs all throughout my apartment. I pulled a candy wrapper and a finger caked with debris from the washer. The blinds were broken and the dryer took 5 cycles to dry 2 towels. I popped open the lint trap and OMG how did this not catch on fire. Maintenance takes days to resolve a tiny issue.
Come to find out a resident cleans the apartments. FYI they didn’t do a good job.
Oh don’t even bother to pay for parking. You’ll still park on the grass or gravel.

200 Glover is my absolute favorite. The Curb is SAFE SAFE SAFE . FRIENDLY and always CLEAN. The add on’s of friendly staff and gorgeous pool with awesome GYM is an added plus. Love Sara Rosas. Her knowledge and patience are GOLD.
Aaron the manager runs a tight ship only expecting excellence from his staff and they deliver kindly.
Kindness starts at the Too. Thank You Aaron. I just signed another 2 year lease.

We love living at The Curb!!! Everyone is so nice the halls are so quiet you hardly know you live next to other residents! It is always so clean the cleaning staff is amazing and I love talking to them and letting them know how much i appreciate them they work so hard to make it always so spotless! Sara Vidal who has helped us now release and two years ago has always been so accommodating and helpful to our needs! Everyone is so welcoming and earning to help!

I have been living here for about 2 years. The staff is attentive, professional and the common spaces are always spotless. Maintenance/management have dealt with issues immediately and made arrangements for alternate living spaces when work needed to be done on my unit. Anthony has been especially helpful and kind, which has made a positive impact on my experience at the Curb.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The facilities are always very clean, and the common areas are well-maintained, which makes the community a pleasant place to live. The only downside is the lack of available parking spaces, which can sometimes be inconvenient and the gym could have more equipment.
The leasing office staff is very attentive, helpful, and professional. I especially want to recognize Tianna, who did an excellent job assisting us throughout the entire process. She was supportive from the beginning and continued to help us even after we moved in. Her dedication and attention to detail made the whole experience much smoother.
Overall, we’re very happy with our experience and appreciate the excellent service and well-maintained community. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex!

It is expensive but I genuinely enjoy living here! I don't use the pool but it is nice scenery from my balcony. I use the grills and they are kept clean. The game lounge is spacious and comfortable. I should use the gym but have yet to do so in my nearly 4yrs. It has everything that I would need and looks out onto the wooded area and train tracks. The bedrooms are large with a walk in closet in each. 2 bathrooms makes all the difference!

I lived at The Curb for over a year, and overall I had a really great experience. From moving in to moving out, the process was always convenient, and the team was there whenever I needed help.
The concierge team is always friendly and welcoming, especially John, who was always great to interact with. The leasing office is also extremely helpful, especially Kathleen. Everyone in the office was always willing to answer my questions or help with any concerns I had and I definitely had plenty of questions throughout my time living here!
The resident services team also does a great job planning events and activities that bring residents together and really help create a sense of community at The Curb.
Something I also don’t think gets enough praise is the fully furnished guest suites available for residents to book for visiting family and friends. Having that option right in the community is extremely convenient, especially when you have guests coming from out of town and don’t have enough space in your own apartment.
The maintenance staff also works hard to get things taken care of in a timely manner, and they always did great work whenever something needed attention in my apartment.
Overall, I really enjoyed my time living at The Curb. Between the staff, amenities, resident events, guest suites, and overall community, I had a very positive experience and really appreciate everyone who helped make my time here enjoyable.

I’ve lived at the Curb for over 4 years and have had a good experience overall. I’ve had no major issues with my unit and really enjoy the pool at Curb C. I’ve met some great neighbors, friends and my dog has quite the social life living here!
I’d like to thank Sara Vidal, Assistant General Manager as she has always been exceptionally responsive to any question, concern or help I may need, including for lease renewal. She never makes me feel dismissed and has helped improve the tenant experience.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The management team is consistently friendly, responsive, and attentive to any requests, keeping the entire community clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Upon visiting The Curb apartments, everything was beyond what I expected.

I would like to say; though, that Sara Vidal, especially, was sweet, approachable, extremely knowledgeable, and guided me with diligence and care.
