From our very first tour, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. We visited the property multiple times because we were looking for a very specific layout—a spacious one-bedroom with a patio—and she never rushed us or pressured us into making a decision. Instead, she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect apartment.
She also gave us a thorough tour of the community, explaining all the amenities, the shuttle service, gym, parking options, and answered every question we had with great detail. Even after we decided on our apartment, she continued to be responsive and helped us secure a parking space in the garage, making the entire move-in process much smoother.
Apartment hunting can be stressful, but Yantez made it a genuinely enjoyable experience. Her professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to helping residents stand out. If you’re considering The Beacon, I highly recommend asking for Yantez. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure you find the right home.
Thank you again, Yantez, for all your help!
She was very warm and welcoming, and it truly felt like she enjoyed showing us the apartments and seeing us appreciate the property. You can tell she genuinely loves her job, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
She took the time to answer all of our questions, and we never felt rushed at any point. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm really stood out.
Thanks to her, we had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed the tour.
Special thanks to Rick, Mika, and Anaiyah from the leasing office, the receptionist who helped with our packages, and the resident services team — everyone has made us feel so welcome and included.
I truly feel at home now and am so grateful for all your help! I absolutely love the community, the spacious apartment, the beautiful Art Deco building, and the incredible amenities — the gym, movie theater, lounges, coffee shop, and of course, the breathtaking views of NYC and the Statue of Liberty!
