I have lived in the Allure for over 3 years now. Although there are many good people on the concierge team here, one member of the team goes above and beyond every day! David is professional, takes initiative & strives to make every resident’s day better!

They advertise as “luxury living” but don’t tell you how their elevators or garage doors are broken down consistently (but then email stating they don’t “guarantee” them to work). Hallway has mold, our laundry machine was covered in mold the day we moved in - they replaced plastic but didn’t service the machine so still smells horrific even after bleaching and keeping it open for hours after each use, they use cheap plastic caulking in bathrooms that collect water and mold that no cleaning product can get rid of. The college students that take up 5% of the building and the 10% of low-income housing will inflate the prices of apartments since availability of units is “low”. The 2 bedroom apartments are $5K in comparison to 2 years prior when the same went for $3.5K. Safety wise, they don’t assist you nor do they properly document when a man follows a mother and baby on BLT owned grounds (they say they will document it but then when raising the concern again ask about the event as if it was never emailed). The man not only was taking images of my child, but recording videos of me and young women on the boardwalk and by the coffee shop within BLT. They don’t provide security at the pool to stop drunk tenants from screaming curse words and threaten to “beat” an elderly man for respectfully asking them to stop cursing in front of the babies and children present. You need a package the same day it delivered? Goodluck! They need to sort through their package room and will likely not find it the first or third time looking. Come back another day. So yes - that waterview may look beautiful, the folks at the front desk are kind, but no the amenities and the service provided fall short of luxury but don’t worry the prices won’t!

Beautiful properties with a helpful staff. We are still in the leasing process but have been impressed with the quality of the facilities and the extensive options on property.

I just want to take a moment to thank Dalone for always being so helpful and going above and beyond. Whether it’s helping me with directions, packages, or anything I need around the apartment complex, Dalone is always there to lend a hand. On top of that, the maintenance work is always handled with care and professionalism. I truly appreciate everything you do and all the help you’ve given me. It definitely doesn’t go unnoticed!

Roger is absolutely wonderful! He helped us find our apartment with BLT Management and also helped my in-laws. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He is also so sweet with our babies, both our kids and our dogs, which means so much to us. Roger is simply a great person and an absolute pleasure to work with. We couldn’t recommend him more highly!

If I had to choose between living in my car or living here, I would choose my car any day. This place makes federal prison look good and frankly at least federal prisons don’t have floors collapsing into each other which this building had in February of 2022. And the management team gives even the Trump Administration a run for its money on how many lies you can tell and circumvent even an ounce of decorum. A few notable issues to convince you why this hellhole would be worse than living in your car: 1. My balcony had dog feces, used condoms, tobacco packages and sometimes even human waste from the floors above me. 2. The elevators break more often than a breakdancer at a concert. 3. The humidity in the apartment is atrocious to the point where your wood furniture will soften AND there is so much rust!!! There was a knife sheath as I was packing which contained rust. 4. Amenities are unusable because of screaming kids. 5. The garage is so tiny that people will hit your car AND the BEST PART??? THERES NO CAMERAS!!!!!!!! I have suffered so much car damage living here. 6. My electric bill for 1 person in a 805 square foot apartment was between 225 and 345 a month. Occasionally it was at 180 if I froze in January or was on vacation. But come on that’s insane. I budgeted 500 a month for utilities for 1 person. Several expert HVAC technicians stated it’s a draft from poorly sealed windows and most likely due to a structural shift from their terrace collapse. It also explains why the windows can never get clean because the structural shift also caused the double pane glass to separate resulting in fogging. And don’t worry when the building responds to this review they will say they are sorry but just like when Rex Heuerman or Jeff Dahmer said sorry, they aren’t sorry for the horrors they caused, they are sorry they got caught. I’ve since moved out and 24 hours later I haven’t been this happy in years. If you move here, get ready to be on antidepressants, be broke and suffer from PTSD. Put it this way I’m out so much money I’ll never recoup my losses and this building took everything from me. I regret living here everyday of my life

Officially changing my review to a 2 star from a 5 star. They are money greedy and raising rent for current tenants by 9% which is insane considering the terrace collapsed in the garage a little over a year ago. They refuse to offer any kind of discount to current residents but will to new ones for no legitimate purpose. It’s a fine place to live but not worth a 9% increase especially with the newer buildings.

Regarding the reply below- it’s been months of ongoing maintenance issues, lack of follow up on maintenance tickets, lack of communication, unanswered calls and unreturned messages. We’ve been in touch with management, unfortunately that only gets you so far.

I came to Stamford not knowing anything about the city. Roger gave me and my dad a tour of 2 buildings and was super nice and helpful. Made it seem like a very welcoming area which was awesome and that’s why I signed a lease at harbor point. Roger is the man.

The Allure is a dream! Everything has been well designed and thought, the team is awesome and extremely helpful. One part of the building is still under construction but everything is spotless clean, and all brand new. The appliances are Luxurious and functional. The common areas are very upper class and always clean. Neighbors are great and polite. The building is ideally located by the water and the views are fantastic! It really feels like a luxurious building and we love it! Totally recommend!

Located in Stamford’s South End district, Harbor Point is a beautiful, walkable waterfront neighborhood along Long Island Sound. In addition to Harbor Point’s apartment communities, this mixed-use area features restaurants, shops, office space, a boardwalk, several parks, and a variety of marinas. South End features a large historic district, and some of Harbor Point is included. The district, which dates back to 1868, includes nearly 450 buildings.

The peninsula borders I-95 along the north side, and the vast and beautiful Kosciuszko Park occupies the southern tip of Harbor Point. This seven-acre, waterfront park includes ball fields, a playground, walking trails, and picnic areas.

Harbor Point is a terrific Stamford neighborhood. It is only about a five-minute walk to the Stamford Transportation Center, one of the city’s largest railroad stations. A complimentary shuttle to the station is also available. Metro-North rail reaches Grand Central in roughly 45 minutes.
