She is always happy, sweet, and courteous, and she greets everyone with a smile on her face. Her positive attitude and kindness never go unnoticed, and she makes every interaction a pleasant one. Aryana Fernandez- has been an exceptional Building Manager, and it has truly been a pleasure working with her. She is always warm, approachable, and incredibly professional. What stands out most is her outstanding communication—she listens patiently, keeps everyone informed, and genuinely focuses on finding solutions rather than problems. Her positive attitude, kindness, and willingness to help have made a real difference to our building community. Fantastic community with wonderful amenities. Concierge services are amazing. Every staff member goes above and beyond and have made our move in seamless. From our first meeting with Roger who guided us through the process of finding an apartment- spending a great deal of time taking us around and answering all our questions promptly and professionally to finally moving in. We feel very grateful for this amazing team Thank you

Wonderful, impeccably clean, updated building! Concierge staff is attentive and helpful, including Sayed. The maintenance staff is very responsive (within a day of the request) and knowledgeable about how to fix any requests, including Abanto. The concierge and maintenance staff are also friendly, polite, and professional.

Typically, I don’t write reviews. However given the level of professionalism and true white-glove service across the entire team I have felt the necessity to write one. First and foremost, Aryana Fernandez (Resident Services Coordinator - Managment) genuinely makes Opus feel like home. She’s warm, incredibly responsive, and somehow manages everything behind the scenes without ever making it ever feel transactional in nature. You can tell she truly cares about the residents, and it shows in every interaction. Sayed, who runs the mornings at the concierge desk is outstanding. His communication is effortless, he’s always a step ahead, and he handles everything - guests, deliveries, maintenance coordination - with a calm efficiency that makes your day easier without you even realizing it. He’s someone you come to rely on very quickly given his personality and overall professionally extraordinary work ethic. At night, Iris brings that same level of consistency and care. She’s attentive, welcoming, and always on top of things—there’s a real sense of continuity from day to night that’s hard to find. The maintenance and security teams also deserve real credit. They’re responsive, respectful, and clearly take pride in keeping everything running smoothly and safely. It’s rare to find a team this cohesive and genuinely invested. Makes all the difference!

I visited a freind who lives at Opus for the weekend. I have been here before and in the past parked my vehicle on the nearby streets with no issue. I paid to park my vehicle in Opus's secure garage this visit. A locked space under camera surveillance. Accessible only via single entrance by garage bay door with a card key. Seeing expensive vehicles in their garage I thought that I was in good hands. Come to find out the following morning, their garage door entrance for residents was not only broken, it was not able to close at all. This should have been made known to me upon paying to park in what was supposed to be a secure garage, but was not, and unfortunately my car was broken into and belongings stolen including a computer, camera gear, and other items totaling over $5,000. I learned after the fact that this was an ongoing issue with the garage door having been left open overnight unattended for over 2 weeks at this point. Despite assurances from management that security is a top priority, and claims that they had an officer to be stationed at the entrance until the door was fixed so it could close and lock. This resulted in a major loss for me, caused by Opus's lack of security, urgency, and professionalism. Their residents only garage door being left open overnight in an area with known crime, when it is supposed to be closed and locked, and the failure of security to perform their duties, is a disgrace. I am extremely disappointed.
