I have been living at the Escape for five years now and it has been a great experience. The building is always kept impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the management team is consistently helpful, professional, and quick to address any questions. Highly recommend!

Lived in this location for ~14 months, staff was friendly and accommodating, things were fixed in the unit within 24 hours, overall great experience! Sebastian and Daniel have been extremely helpful throughout our time here.

Tiara has been very helpful, especially during our time-sensitive move. She quickly showed us the three apartments I had selected, was prepared and ready for our walkthrough, and kept the lease process moving efficiently. She responds to emails promptly and is always warm and friendly when we see her. We truly appreciate everything she has done to make the transition easier for our family!

Really nice place and great amenities. Melissa C from the leasing team was super helpful!! She showed us different units across buildings and wad always quick to respond when we had questions during the leasing process. It made a huge difference!

I cannot say the same from the building manager after we moved in… but thankfully Melissa was always there to help.

I’m a big fan of both the building and the neighborhood. The amenities are great, the property is well maintained, and Harbor Point is an awesome area to live in.
If you’re considering moving here, I highly recommend working with Melissa. She made the leasing process easy, was responsive to all my questions, and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

I had such a great experience with the maintenance team at Escape! I put in a request and they came quickly, took care of everything, and left my apartment looking like nothing had even happened. Everything was fixed perfectly and the whole process was seamless. I really appreciate how efficient, professional, and respectful they were. They definitely made my day a lot easier. So happy with the service!

Also want to give a special shoutout to Aryana Fernandez. She does an amazing job with community events and is always so sweet. It really makes living here feel like a true community!

I've rented in Escape for the past 3 years and the experience here makes it very difficult to leave. I think i have some of the best neighbors in town. Rarely is it loud here, and everyone is friendly. Like most buildings, we deal with the occasional garage door issue/elevator issue. However, what sticks out to me is how transparent the team here is when it happens. The building is well kept, and cleaning crews are here daily ensuring a high standard is maintained (vacuum the hallways, clean the grills, etc.). The amenities are always clean and inviting. The maintenance team is very thorough and all of my maintenance requests are addressed promptly (same day). I've lived in practically all of the harbor point buildings over the years. I split my year between Florida/ Stamford and used to get short term leases. After my first season in Escape, it was clear I didn't need to look further. My experience with the management team over the years, particularly Daniel and Sebastian, has exceeded my expectations every time we've connected. They clearly take a lot of pride in their work. I find them to be overly accommodating and very professional. My most recent experience with the management team here is what prompted me to write the review, I felt as if the team went above/beyond and deserves recognition.
